Management & Maintenance

*Our prices starting from only £49.99+VAT per month and calculated based on the total rent per property, to handle comprehensive property management tasks including maintenance, administrative duties such as managing deposits, and facilitating council tax transfers.
Viewings & Advertisement
£250
Ide Homes charges £250 +VAT one off fee to facilitate viewings, guides potential tenants through property tours, and advertises available listings across a range of popular social media platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Facebook and Gumtree.
*Rent is received from the tenant preferably by standing order, and deductions make from the rent and the balance transferred to the landlord via bank transfer. If the payment is not received on the due date, we will chase the payment.
